About RLT

For the past 25 years, Rogers Little Theater has focused on bringing high-quality community theater to Northwest Arkansas. Now housed at the historic Victory Theater in downtown Rogers, RLT produces a wide variety of plays, musicals and special events each year, and over 15,000 audience members attended RLT productions in the past two seasons. With a subscription base of more than 450 members for its MainStage series and funding support from some of the area’s most prominent businesses, foundations, and community groups, RLT is a vibrant part of the region.

RLT continues to expand its programming to meet the artistic and entertainment needs of Northwest Arkansas. Development of a youth enrichment series has brought new performance opportunities to young people in the region and provided outstanding educational offerings and hands-on production experience in a live-theater setting. From this foundation, RLT is preparing additional youth programming in the coming seasons as it expands its outreach to new generations of performers, producers and theater patrons.

The 2ndStage Diversity Unites series seeks to meet our communities’ needs for issues-oriented programming. Focused on timely and sometimes difficult issues such as race, religion and politics, this series addresses head-on those challenges that affect all of society. Audience interaction and open conversation about how to forge societal progress make up an important part of these groundbreaking performances.

RLT continues to strengthen its connections to our communities through alliances with other arts and nonprofit organizations in Northwest Arkansas. The theater relies on more than 500 volunteers, including approximately 100 volunteer actors. Their donations of time, talents and financial resources bring vitality and strength to RLT and help fulfill its mission to provide live theater for audiences, performers and students, enhance the Rogers Historic District and create a regional arts destination.
