Ever considered being an on-stage actor? Ever been told you'd make a good actor? Ever thought, 'Gee, that looks like fun!'?
Then audition for a show at RLT!
Auditioning for a show at RLT is as simple as showing up for auditions. Auditions at RLT are non-threatening, straightforward, no head-games, no second-guessing, no years of preparation: just attend auditions and show off your talent! Audition materials are typically available three weeks prior to auditions for every production. Materials for musicals normally include the song(s) to be sung, script excerpts to be read, and all of the information you'll need to have a successful audition. Materials for straight (non-musical) plays usually include a full script plus any information the director feels you'll need before the audition. Audition packets are typically $5 - $10 (NON-REFUNDABLE FOR MUSICALS and refundable UPON RETURN OF A NON-MUSICAL SCRIPT), and are available in the Box Office during business hours.
